Let's consider modern Israel in light of some very interesting scriptures.
Because God calls it "MY LAND", it was clear He asserts ownership, and Jesus referred to that several times in parables.
4,000 years ago when He brought Israel into it to live there, He gave them a contract.
The contract was the "Old Testament" and it was conditional. -just like the New Testament is.
"Therefore keep all My statutes and all My ordinances and do them, so that the land where I am bringing you to live may not vomit you out ..."
Leviticus 18:27-29
27 (for all these abominations have the men of the land done, who were before you,
and the land is defiled),
and the land is defiled),
as it spewed out the nations that were before you.29 For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls who commit them shall be cut off from among their people.
Leviticus 20:22
that the land whither I bring you to live in does not spew you out.The same in the COMPLETE JEWISH BIBLE VERSION: (CJB)
“‘You are to observe all my regulations and rulings and act on them, so that the land to which I am bringing you will not vomit you out.
For the "STAND WITH.." brethren.

“Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing its fruits.
The folks who "stand with Israel" as a warring, predominantly atheistic nation, imposing despotic authoritarianism, death and destruction, may want to actually consider what the Prince of Peace said.
(Yes, the Palestinians have just as evil leaders as do many countries including the USA!)
God's "chosen" did this?
Matthew 27:25
And all the people answered and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.
42 Jesus said to them, Did you never read in the scriptures,
The same was made the head of the corner;
This was from the Lord,
And it is marvelous in our eyes?
43 Therefore say I to you, The kingdom of God shall be taken away from you, and shall be given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
44 And he that falls on this stone shall be broken to pieces: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will scatter him as dust.
As spiritual blindness fell over the eyes of most of the Jews after the conversion of the gentiles, Paul said in
Acts 13:46
It was necessary that the word of God should first be spoken to you <Jews> .
Seeing ye thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
God is not saving an Old Testament nation now flying an occult flag, God is calling out and saving those of Israel that call on JESUS and thus become citizens of the holy nation called "ALL ISRAEL" that is BOTH NON JEWS AND JEWISH PEOPLE.
Because we believe that physical Israel is not God's chosen, this does not mean we take the side of the Muslims.
As Christians, we take the side of Jesus Christ and His chosen people in our effort to spread the Gospel to both the Muslim and Jew who have enmity towards our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Which Israel are you standing with?
