How many God-persons? "I SAW..", Scenes from heaven,1 God Series

 "I SAW" by the Witnesses

Scripture Scenes from heaven, From the 1God Series:
by Rory Moore

Confused over the Creator of all things?
Mystified by Genesis 1:26 "Let us"?
Confused by conflicting, confusing, contradicting church teachings regarding the Almighty?
Well congratulations, you have a lot of company, and I once shared your dilemma.
"ONE" should be simple, but how often people make one complicated!
Can One be two or three? Can 1/3 or 1/2 be equal without diminishing the whole?

You are probably reading this from the perspective of what we were taught or influenced to believe. Some of us became zealots for our belief and countless books, articles, and debates bear witness to our passion.

After 30 years in Christianity, countless studies, books, and opinions including my own, I realized in all honesty, what I had believed had problems with scriptures that did not reconcile with my church doctrine.

Before arguing, I hope you will do where I began in using this particular approach to solve my own questions regarding the #1 Subject in the universe and the questions I had in His Word, the holy scriptures..

.... A simple search.
If you will look at scripture verses search for "I SAW" and what the witnesses described as the ONE on the throne. https://www.biblegateway.com/quicksearch/?search=I+saw&version=ASV&searchtype=phrase&spanbegin=1&spanend=73

Thus results a scripture search for "I SAW" , exact phrase, and filtered out passages that were not about God, heaven, and the Throne of God.
These are the literal eye-witnesses: Moses, Macaiah. Isaiah. Daniel. John. Stephen. Ezekiel especially as it is most detailed, but all agree.

As I read and compared, prayed and pondered the eyewitnesses descriptions, I began to "see" what they "saw". And I found I had been wrong about some things.

First witness,
Exodus 24:9 Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel:
10 And THEY SAW the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.
11 And upon the nobles of the children of Israel He laid not his hand: also 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝒔𝒂𝒘 𝑮𝒐𝒅, and did eat and drink.

Num 12:8  With him <Moses> will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude H8544 of the LORD shall he behold:
similitude:
similitude (4x), image (1x).
Outline of Biblical Usage: form, image, likeness, representation, semblance
Strong’s Definitions : from H4327; something portioned (i.e. fashioned) out, as a shape, i.e. (indefinitely) phantom, or embodiment, or (figuratively) manifestation (of favor):—image, likeness, similitude.

Second witness Macaiah said "I saw"
1kings 22:9  And Micaiah said, Therefore hear thou the word of the Lord: >>> I saw The Lord sitting on his throne <<<, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

Third witness Isaiah.  “I saw
Isaiah 6 (ASV) :1  In the year that king Uzziah died
I saw the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and His train filled the temple.

Fourth Witness Daniel.  He wrote “I saw
Dan. 7: Daniel spoke and said, I SAW in my VISION by night, and, behold, the four winds of heaven broke forth upon the great sea. 9  I beheld till thrones were set, and one that was Ancient of days did sit:
His raiment was white as snow, and the hair of His head like pure wool; His throne was fiery flames, [and] the wheels thereof burning fire.
10  A fiery stream issued and came forth from before Him: thousands of thousands ministered to Him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.  .....................

Fifth Witness Ezekiel:  “I saw
1:1.. and I saw visions of God.....and the hand of 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓛𝓞𝓡𝓓 was there upon him.
1:26  And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne as the appearance of a sapphire stone;  and upon the likeness of the throne was a likeness as the appearance of a man upon it above.**

26 Now above the expanse that was over their heads there was something resembling a throne, like lapis lazuli in appearance; and on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man.

27 Then I noticed from the appearance of His loins and upward something like glowing metal that looked like fire all around within it, and from the appearance of His loins and downward I saw something like fire; and there was a radiance around Him.
28 As the appearance of the rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the surrounding radiance.

Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD.  (YEHOVAH)

Sixth Witness angels. Jesus said:
Mat. 18:10   See that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say to you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven.

Seventh witness Stephen said "I see"
Acts 7:56
and said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God

Eighth Witness: John    He wrote "I saw.."
Revelation 4:1
:1 After these things I saw, and behold, a door opened in heaven 2 Straightway I was in the Spirit: and behold, there was a throne set in heaven, and One sitting upon the throne; 3 and He that sat was to look upon like a jasper stone and a sardius: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, like an emerald to look upon.
10 the four and twenty elders shall fall down before him that sits on the throne, and shall worship him that lives for ever and ever, and shall cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
11 Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power: for You did create all things, and because of thy will they were, and were created.

Solomon: 2 Chronicles 7:12 And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said to him: “I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place for Myself for a house of sacrifice.
All reaction
God "alone" scriptures:
Job  9:8 That alone stretched out the heavens,
Psalm 83:18 That they may know that You alone, whose name is YHWH, Are the Most High over all the earth.
Psalm 136:4 To Him who alone does great wonders; For his loving kindness endures for ever:

Isaiah 37:16 O LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, that sits above the cherubim, You are the God, even You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; You have made heaven and earth.
Isaiah 44:24 Thus says the LORD, thy Redeemer, and He that formed thee from the womb:
I am the LORD (YHWH), that makes all things; that stretched forth the heavens alone; that spread abroad the earth (who is with Me?);

In the above passages, there is no visual, pre-Bethlehem evidence or witness of a second or third person with Him (God the eternal One, YHWH).

There will be more in this series and I know what you are thinking  "BUT WHAT ABOUT...?",
and I will address those just as I myself asked the same "WHAT ABOUT's"..

So before getting upset with me, please look at those passages and imagine yourself being the one reporting their witness, step into their sandals and see through their vision, read their words and imagine in your mind what they say ...

1God Series 1Timothy 3:16 The Simple Truth

Does it really say (or mean) "JESUS IS GOD"?

1 Timothy 3:16 21st Century King James Version
And beyond controversy, great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached to the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

As a former "oneness", aka "Modalist" adherent for 35 years, 1 Timothy 3:16-16 was my "go to" verse for years to affirm Jesus is God. God was manifest in the flesh, "incarnate" as some say.
But upon contextual examination it fails to prove Jesus is God for several reasons.

1. 1Tim 2:5 just prior, tells us Jesus is a man, the mediator between God and man. That is very clear and straight forward. If Jesus is God, that was the perfect place to say it.
For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.*
Here are various *renderings:
CSB For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus

CEB There is one God and one mediator between God and humanity, the human Christ Jesus,
CJB For God is one; and there is but one Mediator between God and humanity, Yeshua the Messiah, himself human,
CEV There is only one God, and Christ Jesus is the only one who can bring us to God. Jesus was truly human, and he gave himself to rescue all of us.

2. the mystery is not God became a man, it is that "GODLINESS" was the mystery manifested in the mans character, words, and actions. Jesus submitted His Will to God always. He spoke what God told him. He did what God commanded him to do. Always. Without sin.

"And beyond controversy, great is the mystery of *godliness*

3. "God" is from the Greek word "Theos", and not in many of the reliable manuscripts. Rather "He" is used in them. It was the Messiah <Christ> who was made known in flesh.
4. God was not "justified in the spirit". -think about that one.. God needs no justification. And who can possibly justify God?
5. "God" was not "preached among the nations", Jesus the CHRIST was. "it is Christ who died and was raised". The salvation message they preached in ACTS was: Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God and they said he was a "man" in three places. Acts 2:22, Acts 13:38, Acts 17:31 The Spirit-empowered disciples could have taken every opportunity to declare "Jesus is GOD" if it were so, but they never did.

6. 1Tim 3:16 itself does not state "Jesus is God".

7. and "received up into glory". The risen Christ was taken up to God, as Jesus said. "I ascend unto My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’”"

In 1Timothy 5, as Paul is concluding, notice: " I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus and of chosen angels, to maintain these without bias, doing nothing with partiality.". Yes, he distinguishes at the end the distinction between GOD, Jesus Christ, and angels. 1Timothy 3:16 does not say or mean "Jesus is God".

1God LORD, Lord, lords, How many LORDs Are there?

LORD, Lord, lords, How many LORDs Are there?
"The Lord said to my Lord...." -Acts 2:35

1Corinthians 8:5-6 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,)

But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

Problem.
We read an array of "lord" in our Bibles, and in some translations, notably the King James, "LORD" was used in place of YHVH, aka YaHWeH, aka Jehovah, the God of Israel..

As a young believer I wondered about "LORD" and various names used for GOD, especially in the Old Testament.
Here is the first mention of the "LORD GOD": Genesis 2:4

These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens.

In 531 verses, 545 times, the LORD GOD is used, HE is the Lord God of Abraham, LORD GOD of hosts, LORD GOD of Israel, I am the LORD THY GOD, etc
296 times in 264 verses "the LORD THY GOD" is used, and 7 times more in the New Testament.
The LORD OUR GOD is used 99 times in 96And this famous verse: Deuteronomy 6:4
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.

The "LORD OUR GOD" is used 99x in the entire Bible, in 96 verses, with 93 Old Testament uses.

It is very apparent that Jesus is not the "LORD GOD" who names Himself "I AM YaHWeH <Yehovah) GOD Almighty", and HE declares Himself as ONE.

And Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one Lord. Mark 12:29

Summary: ONE is numerically one, God "alone". "HE", "I", "ME", "HIM", "HIS".

NEXT: "lord".

Again in the Old Testament, "lord" is a title of honor, respect, superiority, a master, employer, ruler, king. Many people including prophets and kings were addressed as "lord",
not because they were God, or being worshipped as God, but because of their position.

Sarah called Abraham "lord"
Gen. 18:12 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I am old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?”

Genesis 32:18 Esau is called "lord" by Jacob.
‘They are thy servant Jacob’s. It is a present sent to my lord Esau;
2Kings 2:19, Elisha. "
And the men of the city said unto Elisha, “Behold, I pray thee, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord sees"
1Kings 1:24 King David.
And Nathan said, “My lord, O king, hast thou said, ‘Adonijah shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne’?

"lord" in the Old Testament is often "adon": meaning to rule; sovereign, that is, controller (human or divine): - lord, master, owner.

"Jesus is "LORD" or "Lord"?

The SIMPLE TRUTH IS:
THE LORD (Yehovah, aka GOD the Father),
begat a son, the man child, Jesus of Nazareth, in the womb of Mary,
And GOD "made this Jesus "both lord and Christ." Acts 2:36
summary: The Greek word for Lord is kurios and is a masculine title of respect...
and nobility, which is why we see many others besides God and Jesus being called the “Lord."
Property owners are called the "Lord" (Matthew 20:8)
kurios is “owner”.
Heads of households are called the "Lord" (Mark 13:35)
kurios is "owner."
Slave owners were called the "Lord" (Matthew 10:24)
kurios is "master."
Husbands were called the "Lord" (1 Peter 3:6) kurios is "master".
A son called his father the "Lord" (Matthew 21:30) kurios is "sir."
The Roman Emperor was called the "Lord" (Acts 25:26) kurios is "His Majesty."
Roman authorities were called the "Lord" (Matthew 27:63) kurios is "sir."
...............//////////////////////....\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\.....................
Notes:
"lord" defined:
he to whom a person or thing belongs, about which he has power of deciding; master, lord
the possessor and disposer of a thing
the owner; one who has control of the person, the master
in the state: the sovereign, prince, chief, the Roman emperor
is a title of honor expressive of respect and reverence, with which servants greet their master
this title is given to: the Messiah
"👉GOD has made this Jesus both lord and Christ".
Strong’s Definitions [?](Strong’s Definitions Legend)
κύριος kýrios,
from κῦρος kŷros (supremacy); supreme in authority, i.e. (as noun) controller; by implication, Master (as a respectful title):—God, Lord, master, Sir.
STRONGS G2962:
👉having power or authority) he to whom a person or thing belongs, about which he has the power of deciding; master, lord; used
a. universally, of the possessor and disposer of a thing, the owner

1 God Series Isaiah 9:6

 1 God Isa 9:6

For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. (NASB95)

This familiar verse of scripture, a prophecy, is one that many use to believe that Jesus is Almighty God the Father from Isaiah 9:6,
I was one of them
Let's revisit that verse in light of the words in other passages.

1. "God" (El Gibbor) in that verse is a word also applied to men, judges, rulers, and magistrates.
2. The "son given" as Jesus Christ is a man. The Messiah, God's servant.
Isaiah 53 makes this abundantly clear.

3.  "God" in Isa. 9:6 is a word also applied to men, rulers, magistrates, and judges. See the link.

4. The "everlasting father" is fulfilled when Jesus became the "seed" that was planted in the earth (death) and raised to become the "last Adam". -a father sows seed to produce children.

5. When Jesus was preached after His disciples were Spirit-filled, we must look at what they said who Jesus is to Jews, gentiles, rulers, pagans..
They never preached Isaiah 9:6 meant God became a man.
They did preach Isaiah 53 and Psalm 110
A Psalm of David.
110 The LORD says to my Lord:
“Sit at My right hand
Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”

We have 100% assurance "THE LORD" is the Father and God of Jesus Christ. John 17:3.
John 20:17
but go to My brethren and say to them,
‘I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.’”

Isa 9:6 is prophecy. Prophecy must be fulfilled.
Let's itemize the prophecy and see when EACH PORTION was fulfilled. Lengthy but worth the read!

Isaiah 9:6 KJV  For to us a child is "BORN", (prophecy)
fulfillment:
Luke 2:7  And she brought forth her first "BORN" son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

- So we know this child is not the Father because GOD the Father is not born. The Father is eternal.

to us a son is "GIVEN": (prophecy)|
- fulfillment
John 3:16   For God so loved the world, that he "GAVE" his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

- the Father did not become his only begotten son. The Father GAVE his Son....

and the "GOVERNMENT" shall be upon his shoulder (prophecy)
- fulfillment
John 5:22  For the Father judges no man, but has committed ALL JUDGMENT (government) unto the Son

- the Father is governing through the Son!  How is that? because the Father GAVE him that rule.

As we continue with this prophecy to fulfillment we MUST understand that "NAME" in this prophecy (Isa 9:6) means reputation, fame, and glory. Let's keep reading...

(Prophecy) and his NAME (reputation, fame) shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

- Let's itemize each "NAME" called

WONDERFUL- wonder, marvel wonder (extraordinary, hard to understand thing)
- fulfillment
Jesus is wonderful.
Matthew 21:15 KJV And when the chief priests and scribes saw the WONDERFUL things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased.

COUNSELLOR- to advise, consult, give counsel, counsel, purpose, devise, plan
- fulfillment
John 4:25-26 KJV   The woman said to him, I know that Messiah comes, who is called Christ: when he is come, he will TELL US ALL. Jesus said to her, I that speak to thee am he.

THE MIGHTY GOD- strong, mighty (adjective) strong man, brave man, mighty man (noun masculine) god, god-like one, mighty one mighty men, men of rank, mighty heroes
- fulfillment
Hebrews 1:8-9 KJV  But to the Son he says, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever:
a scepter of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, has anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

- Let's note that when God the Father referred to "the son given", The LORD did so in the same manner that other MEN were called gods. How so?  Let's keep reading...
Exodus 7:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I make you <Moses>  God to Pharaoh

Isaiah 41:23 Declare the things that are going to come afterward, That we may know that you are gods;
John 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

THE EVERLASTING FATHER- perpetuity, for ever, continuing future. Father of an individual of God as father of his people head or founder of a household, group, family, or clan
- fulfillment
John 5:18, 22-23 KJV   Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself EQUAL WITH GOD. For the Father judges no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honor the Son, EVEN AS they honor the Father. He that honored not the Son honored not the Father which hath sent him.

- We point out that No N.T. scripture EVER has anyone calling Jesus the everlasting Father.

THE PRINCE OF PEACE
- prince, ruler, leader, chief, chieftain, official, captain of completeness, soundness, welfare, peace

- fulfillment
Hebrews 12:2 KJV  Looking unto Jesus the AUTHOR (i.e. the chief leader, prince) and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God

The gods of Psalm 82 are nothing more than men who, by God’s sovereign design, are chosen to rule over other men. In fact, the word “Elohim,” used in verse six, is often translated “judges” in the Old Testament. An example of this can be found in Exodus 21:6 where it reads, “Then his master shall bring him to the judges [Elohim] …”

Another example is Exodus 22:8 which reads, “If the thief is not found, then the master of the house shall be brought to the judges …” Again, the Hebrew Elohim is used.

This is why Jesus is called Elohim/God because God has given him authority to judge in...

John 5:23  Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son

God gave His Son Yeshua/Jesus the throne of his Father David to rule over Israel.

Luke 1:31-33
And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the most High; and the LORD God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom, there will be no end.”

Summary:

If you are believing Jesus is Almighty God the Father from Isa. 9:6:

1. "God" in that verse is a word also applied to men, judges, rulers, and magistrates.
2. The "son given" as Jesus Christ is a man. The Messiah, God's servant.
Isaiah 53 makes this abundantly clear.
3. The "everlasting father" is fulfilled when Jesus became the "seed" that was planted in the earth (death) and raised to become the "last Adam". -a father sows seed to produce children. His life was the seed.
4. When Jesus was preached after His disciples were Spirit-filled, we must look at what they said who Jesus is to Jews, gentiles, rulers, pagans..
They never preached Isaiah 9:6

They did preach Isaiah 53 and Psalm 110
The LORD (Yehovah) says to my Lord (the Christ):
“Sit at My right hand  until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”

We have 100% assurance "THE LORD" is the Father and God of Jesus Christ.
John 17:3. Jesus calls his God "the ONLY TRUE GOD".
John 20:17 Jesus said:  ‘I ascend to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.’”

Rev. 1: from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him that loves us, and loosed us from our sins by his blood;
6  and he made us a kingdom of priests ==>>> to his God and Father; <===

Almighty God or " MIGHTY GOD"- defined: strong, mighty (adjective) strong man, brave man, mighty man (noun masculine) god, god-like one, mighty one mighty men, men of rank, mighty heroes
- fulfillment
Hebrews 1:8-9 KJV  But to the Son he says, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever:
a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. You have loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, has anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

- Let's note that when God the Father referred to the future son given, He did so in the same manner that other MEN were called gods.
How so?

Exodus 7:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I make you <Moses>  God to Pharaoh
Isaiah 41:23 Declare the things that are going to come afterward, That we may know that you are gods;
John 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

The gods of Psalm 82 are nothing more than men who, by God’s sovereign design, are chosen to rule over other men. In fact, the word “Elohim,” used in verse six, is often translated “judges” in the Old Testament.

An example of this can be found in Exodus 21:6 where it reads, “Then his master shall bring him to the judges [Elohim] …”

This is why Jesus is called Elohim/God because God has given him authority to judge.

John 5:23  Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son

Using Isaiah 9:6  in proving "Jesus is God" does not pass the test

SUMMARY:
In Isaiah 9:6 "mighty god" is:
H410  אֵל 'êl  shortened from *H352;
strength; as adjective mighty; especially the Almighty (but used also of any deity):
- God (god), goodly, great, idol, might (-y one), power, strong. Compare names in “-el.”
Total KJV occurrences: 242.

el is  "god". Not YHVH eloheim or YHVH (LORD) GOD.
 Context determines the meaning.
* "gibbor" "mighty:
The KJV translates Strong's H1368 in the following manner: mighty (63x), mighty man (68x), strong (4x), valiant (3x), .... ones (4x), mighties (2x), man (2x), valiant men (2x), strong man (1x), upright man (1x), champion (1x), chief (1x), excel (1x), giant (1x), men's (1x), mightiest (1x), strongest (1x).

-From “eloheim” in the Hebrew meaning: (very) great, judges, mighty, magistrates”.
Who will judge the world?
Paul testified this in Acts 17:31  because HE (GOD) has fixed a day in which HE (GOD) will judge the world in righteousness through a Man (JESUS) whom HE (GOD) has appointed having furnished proof to all men by raising Him (Jesus) from the dead.”

1GOD Series: The Book of 'F'ACTS They went from Jesus to Preaching in 10 Days

THE FACTS  ARE  IN  ACTS!

🔑

This post is re-discovering the simple, but deeply profound message preached by Jesus' first disciples. How remarkable that so many overlook this approach is astonishing no matter what sect of Christianity they come from.
Our brethren as the first disciples of Jesus Christ, living The Christian Faith, had the privilege and blessing to set the foundation for those that would believe on Jesus through their words. What we hear around Christianity today often has no connection to actual scripture.

An accurate chronology of the gospel preaching began: After Jesus ascended to the Father, and understanding what followed is in ACTS, is where to find the open preaching of the gospel began, and most importantly, WHO JESUS IS.

Therefore we should search to see what the apostles told the people who Jesus is.
By that approach, we will use the overlooked key 🔑to knowing which Jesus they proclaimed.
The disciples repeated in plain, simple declarations to the people, Jews. pagans, rulers, and gentiles who Jesus is and about God.

The first proclamation about Jesus came in Acts 2. Acts 2:22-36. Keep in mind Jesus was praying for this in John 17:20, it is the key.

KJ21 “Neither I pray for these only, but for them also who shall believe in Me through their word ASV Neither for these only do I pray, but for them also that believe on me through their word.

First there is Holy Spirit-filled Peter declaring to the crowd WHO Jesus is 📣Acts 2. He declares Christ again in Acts 3/4/5/10.
A converted Paul likewise preaches Christ in places like Acts 9, 13 and 17.
Apollos preached in Acts 18.
And when the risen Jesus Christ was asked "WHO ARE YOU?"
HIS answer in Acts 9, Acts 22, Acts 26? "I am Jesus ..... of Nazareth..."
A jail-keeper in Philippi asked in Acts 16:30 ...... Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and thy house
*Lord: ruler, master, king. Greek: kurios.
*Jesus: YHVH is salvation, Hebrew "Yeshua"
* Christ: anointed, messiah. Savior.
The same message as Peter in Acts 2:36
Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly, that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus ....
If you would like to read the 173 times the word "God" is used in Acts, see this link. It is eye-opening.

But there are examples of words they never wrote or spoke: "Jesus is God". Deity of Christ, "dual nature", "God incarnate", "God became a man", "Christ is God", "fully God-fully man".. " Yashuah is Yahua"

But they DID write these in 1Cor 4:6 ….. Now these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes;   that in us ye might learn not to go beyond the things which are written.

Are the examples above written or not written?

But if you care to see
what their preaching decreed,
in their words not mine,
the truth you will find.

Friends, the wonderful FACTS are in the Book of Acts. Have a BLESSED day.

WHICH JESUS did the Spirit-filled disciples actually preach?

It was "red pill" astonishing to realize the common words and phrases passed off as “Christology” and doctrine were never preached to anyone in Acts.

If you will carefully read Acts' chapters with open heart and not the theological glasses of “orthodox” Christianity, you too may conclude “I was wrong”.

It was after Jesus ascended to the Father, and understanding that it is in ACTS we found where the open preaching of the gospel began, so we should search to see what the apostles told the people who Jesus is.
By that, we will use the overlooked key 🔑to knowing which Jesus they proclaimed.

(Most of us never thought of that approach. I believe God gave me that instruction what to look for in examining their words).

Whether speaking to devout Jews, rulers, non-Jews, pagans, Greeks, Romans, or among themselves, they stated WHO Jesus is and did so without saying the terms and phrases people often use.

Not only is the significance of Acts overlooked and ignored by most of the Christian church world, but the very messages declared in it by the disciples of Jesus are unrealized truths.

We read them with eyes and intellect but missed the plain truth of “who are you Lord?” right in front of us, in their words.

The proof of that is what Peter said about Jesus in Acts 2,3,4,5 and 10 is not what most affirm and endlessly debate!

WHAT were the actual words spoken about Jesus as the gospel was preached?

About 200+ words or phrases were applied to Jesus Christ by the preachers in Acts. Isn't that amazing? -but compare how the inventions of the church world say what no scripture writer ever said:

From man:

"dual nature"
"fully God fully man",
the "second person of the trinity",
“ETERNAL SON”,
"God the Son",
“triune” God,
God robed in flesh”
“God incarnate”,
"God became a man”,
 “deity of Christ”,
“Divine Son”,
“God-man”,
"JESUS is truly God Almighty."
“man God”,
"three distinct persons"
"Three divine persons sharing the same nature”,
“preexisting son”;
"trinity"
"hypostatic union"
God the Son".

-and so we are forced to admit, there is no “Jesus is God” written or stated as they declared who Jesus is.
This is the FULL compilation of Acts scriptures, chapter by chapter, who they said WHO JESUS IS.

Does the realization the apostles never preached these church-versions of Christ Jesus fit the warning of “another Jesus”?
-Justify as we may, those are words that have been attached to Jesus not by God, but by man.
