Hebrews 1:8 Does it make Jesus GOD or does it simply refer to "HIS GOD" speaking to Jesus, God's son?

but of the son,  thy throne O: God,  is to the age of the age;
And the SCEPTRE of rightness is the scepter of his kingdom.
Thou has loved righteousness and hated lawlessness,

(9... THEREFORE GOD, THY GOD has anointed You with oil of gladness above THY FELLOWS.

The Psalmist prophesied that GOD the Father would anoint the man who would be the Messiah (Christ).
The Christ would be a man, and the man prayed to and confessed the Father as the "only true God" -John 17:3

Acts 10:38

how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
